Janelle L. (Schneider) Abate, age 38, passed away unexpectedly in her Walpole, Massachusetts home on Saturday, September 2, 2017. Born in Wichita Falls, Texas on July 13, 1979, she was the daughter of Dwight Schneider and Sandra Pace. As a young girl, Janelle lived in various places as her father was serving in the Air Force. She attended Roy J. Wasson High School in Colorado Springs.

Janelle met her husband to be, Jeffrey M. Abate, in 2007 in Marshfield, Massachusetts. They were married on September 12, 2009 in Blessed Sacrament Church in Walpole and together made their home on West Street in Walpole. Janelle took on the role of a homemaker, raising and caring for her young family, in addition to operating a home cleaning business. She loved transforming her house into a home for her family, always finding the perfect decorations. She loved filling her home with country music and the smell of Yankee Candles.

She could always be found with her daily extra-large Dunkin Donuts hot regular coffee, whether at home, checking out area lighthouses, or relaxing at her favorite spot on Nantasket Beach. She enjoyed her quiet time as well, catching up on Lifetime Network movies and the Walking Dead TV show, however quiet time was over on Autumn Sundays, as she could be found cheering in the living room for her beloved New England Patriots. Most of all at the end of the day, what she loved most were her children, Janelle treasured every minute with them and loved reading to them as they fell asleep.

Beloved wife of Jeffrey M. Abate. Loving mother of Jasmine M. Alexander of Walpole, Brandyn L. Alexander of Colorado Springs, CO, Cameryn F. Alexander of Walpole, Hayleigh N. Abate of Walpole, and Ryan A. Abate of Walpole. Devoted daughter of Dwight Schneider and Sandra Pace. Sister of Alex Schneider and his wife Kristen of Quincy and Rebecca Schneider Dicharry of Spring, Texas.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Janelle's Life Celebration on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 from 4-8 PM and Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 10:30-11 AM in the James H.
