JUNE 27, 1926 – JANUARY 5, 2022

Imperial Memorial Gardens Funeral, Cremation & Cemetery.

Rose Abbate Papish , 95, passed away January 5, 2022.

She happily rejoins her loved ones, her father Girolamo James Abbate; mother Cira Abbate Champlain; husband Bill Papish; daughter Cassandra Glenn; son-in-law Frank Glenn Jr; granddaughter Bridget Clement; brothers Jim, Joe and Cosimo (Casey) Abbate; Sisters-in-law Nancy and Anna Abbate; stepdad Bill Champlain and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She proudly and lovingly leaves behind her daughter Deborah (Ted) Clement; nephews David (Sandye) Abbate, James (Margaret) Abbate, Steve (Terri) Abbate; nieces Jane (Anthony) Migliaccio and Lenore Abbate. She also leaves behind her grandchildren; Darci (Michael) Larsen, Frank (Lesli) Glenn III, Kristin (Steve) Skul, Ted (Sommer) Clement Jr. and Corey (Michael) Jones. Sadly, she leaves behind her great grandchildren; Shelbi and Brayden Larsen, Kamden and Alec Glenn, Sophie and John Skul, and Mikenzie "I-vee" and Brooklyn Clement. Also she leaves behind her friend and taxi driver Mary 'Mitzi" Pechek Drobnick to whom she owes her gratitude, her thanks and gas money. "See ya at the bus stop, Marilyn."

Rose often said that she was truly blessed and that she was drinking from her saucer because her cup had overflowed.

She truly loved her family, her faith, and her friends. She was a proud member of the Eagles Auxiliary #145.

At her request, there will be no viewing. Remember her kindly and smile.

The music has stopped and the dance is over.
