Florence Aaronson, 98, known publicly as Flo Ayres, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Friday, January 14th, 2022. She is survived by her nephew, Marc (Murphy) Gerber; niece, Ann (Robert) Herman; cousins, Betsy Harmatz, Barbara Lebson, Monte Ephraim, and Lon Ephraim; great nieces and nephews, Scott (Monica) Herman, Douglas (Lisa) Herman, Matthew (Marcia) Herman, Ashley Early, and Alexander (Tierney) Gerber; second cousins, Josh (Lori) Lebson, Andrew (Danni) Lebson, and Rebecca (Simon) Yorinks; and many more family and friends. She was predeceased by her mother, Rebecca Spector; siblings, Fred Aaronson, Samuel Aaronson, and Rosalie Gerber.

Flo was a trailblazer in both radio and television, providing her well known voice to commercials and broadcasts of all types. She was considered to be one of the local pioneers in her union, AFTRA, and one of the first female leaders in her industry. Her professional accomplishments were matched only by her ability to connect to those around her of all ages and backgrounds. She will be missed by all who knew her. May her memory be a blessing always.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD, 21208, on Tuesday, January 18th, 2022 at 1pm. Interment Beth El Memorial Park, Randallstown, MD. Please omit flowers.
