Cynthia Sue Able of Marionville, MO, passed away on Wednesday, February 02, 2022, at the age of 58.

She was born on June 06, 1963, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Jerry Roy Maxwell Sr. and Wanda (Rholman), Cynthia was the seventh of eight children in the home.

She graduated from Clever High School, class of 1981. Cynthia was blessed with four children, Amanda, Tiffany, Tristan and Deric. Cynthia was a very funny quirky person whose entire life was based on her love of her family. She would take yearly vacations with her husband and children, even if it was only to Branson. She kept up the tradition of having Sunday dinners at her home every week, with as much of her family as she could.

Cynthia married Jimmy Able on June 22, 1990. She began working for the US Postal service, as a rural route carrier, in 1997. She serviced the Pierce City area for 17 years before transferring to Monett in July 2021. The families on her route became an extension to her own family. Cynthia liked working in her yard, especially tending to her roses and other flowers. Her yard always looked beautiful….except for the ditch! She really disliked the ditch. She also liked taking trips to the casino, but above all, she loved her family, her extended family and the families she served.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Wanda, and three siblings, John Maxwell, Ernest Maxwell and JoAnn Forrester.
Left to mourn her passing is her loving husband of 31 years, Jimmy, her children, Amanda McNabb and husband Josh, Tiffany McLeod and husband Brayden, Tristan Wittenborn and Deric Maxwell and wife Brittney, grandchildren; Paisley, Couper, Gracie, Kirsten, Gavin, Madi, Evelyn and Owen, siblings; Mary Maxwell, Sandra Wallace and husband Leslie, Sheryl Grant and Jerry Maxwell Jr., her little four-legged baby, Malibu, as well as nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends. Cynthia's passing is a great loss, and she will be greatly missed.
A Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, February 9, 2022, from 5 – 7 p.m. at Meadors Funeral Home (314 N Main Ave, Republic).Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at 1pm, at Nolan (aka Crossroads) Cemetery (Stone County).
