Audrey Lee Adams, 90, of Aistrop Lane, Faber died Sunday December 30, 2007, at Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville. Born January 9, 1917, in Hot Springs, Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Edward Adams and Sallie Keyser Adams. Audrey was a retired Supervisor at the Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia, prior to moving to Nelson County. She was a member of Adial Baptist Church in Faber. She is survived by her sister Ola Virginia Fox, of Faber, three nieces, Sherry L. Harman, of Massies Mill, Kathryn L. Colbert, of Shipman, and Tammi Anne Tippett, of Hollywood, MD, a nephew Edward A. Fox, of Ingleside, IL, nine great nieces and nephews and five great-great nieces and nephews.A funeral service will be held Thursday, January 3, 2008, at the graveside in Warm Springs Cemetery at Hot Springs, Virginia, with Reverend Jim Bushong officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 2, 2008, from 6 - 7 p.m., at Wells/Sheffield Funeral Chapel in Lovingston (434) 263-4097.
