Military funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. for Specialist 4 William Spencer Wright, of the US Army, one of two men killed in an automobile accident near Queenstown Friday about noon.
The service will be held at Salem Methodist Church at Starkey's Corner near Church Hill with the Rev. E. H. Jackson officiating. Interment will be at Salem Church.
Wright was born at Church Hill and his three-year hitch in service would have been up in March. He was 19 and was stationed at Fort George G. Meade.
He is survived by his parents, Mrs. Charlotte Conyer of Ridgely and father, Spencer Wright, Church Hill; two brothers, Tony and Clifton; a sister, Carrann Wright; and a grandmother, Mrs. Anna Wells, Church Hill.
Friends may call at Walley's Funeral Home in Chestertown Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.
