She is survived by : her daughter Cindy Kozak of Atlanta, GA; and her step-children, Gerald Luna of Palm Springs, CA, Michael Luna of Portland, OR and Diane Ong of Long Beach, CA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
