NEIL CHARLES POTASH, born June 23, 1940 was sadly taken from this earth on April 15 2012.
Neil was born in Washington, DC. He worked for the State of Maryland until he retired in 1995.
He was an avid gardener, stamp collector and spent many hours at the senior center taking classes and participating in various activities.
He was a beloved son, husband, father, grandfather, and uncle. He was married to a wonderful wife of 36 years Susan Potash. His spirit lives on in his children: Bettina Dunn and Alison Moorman (John). As well as his granddaughters: Rachel Dunn, Alicia Dunn and Magdaline Moorman. He is also survived by his mother Esther Potash, his brother Michael Potash and his sisters Sharon Weiss and Lynn Linkin and many nieces and nephews.
He will be missed greatly by all.
The funeral will be in The Mount Lebanon Cemetery in Adelphi, MD, on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at 11 am.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to your local public library in honor of Neil's love of reading.
