James W. Nobles, 65, of Brett Ave. died Friday at a local hospital after a lengthy illness
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by McCullough Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held Monday in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home for James Willis Nobles, 65. of Brett St., Warner Robins, who died Friday at Houston Medical Center. Elder Kermit Nobles and the Rev. J.A. Brookshire will officiate.
Burial will be in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
Mr. Nobles, a native of Macon, [SSA records has him being born in Dudley, Laurens County, GA and this is what I am using] had lived in Warner Robins for the past 23 years. He was retired supervisor of expediting from Robins Air Force Base and a member of Cool Springs Primitive Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Eugene Willis and Mamie Lee Heath Nobles. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, Mary H. Nobles of Warner Robins; three sisters, Marie Boothe of Danville, Mary C. Nobles of Montgomery, Ala., and Emma Jean Lavota of Colorado Springs, Colo.; four brothers, Rubert Nobles and William Nobles both of Danville, Jake Nobles of Augusta, and Harold Nobles of Columbia, S.C.
The family will receive friends tonight [Sunday].
