Connie Warren Adams, age 46, of Nashville, Georgia, passed away, Wednesday, February 1, 2023 in South Georgia Medical Center after a brief illness. Connie was born December 9, 1976 in Valdosta, Georgia to the late Robert Joseph Warren and Barbara Lou Sirmans Warren of Lakeland, Georgia. Connie enjoyed spending time her grand baby, riding dirt roads with her husband, looking at Christmas lights, and picking on her husband Tim. She was always caring and willing to give a helping hand when needed. She loved her trucks along with riding and driving the wrecker truck with her daddy. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Joseph Warren.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her loving husband, Timothy Wayne Adams of Nashville, Georgia; her daughter, Alexis Martin and husband Francisco of Lakeland, Georgia, son Chase Alexander Perham of Alabama, step-son, Jeff Adams of Woodstock, Georgia, step-daughter, Trisha Blanton and husband Jake of Fitzgerald, Georgia; a grandson Tucker Joseph Martin; a sister, Mary Lynn Warren of Lakeland, Georgia; nephew Robin Frazier and wife Nicki and a niece April Nichole Frazier all of Lakeland, Georgia and numerous extended family members.
Funeral services were held at 11 o'clock am Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Music Funeral Services, Lakeland Chapel. Burial followed in the Powell Cemetery, Plum Road, Lakeland, Georgia.
Music Funeral HOme was in charge of arrangements.
