He was preceded in death by his brother, Marvin L. Adams.
Ervin was a dedicated and hardworking individual who spent his career as a Pipefitter at the Naval Shipyard, retiring in 2000 after many years of service. He was known for his strong work ethic and commitment to his profession. His colleagues respected him for his knowledge and expertise in his field.
A man of strong faith, Ervin was a devoted member of Moyock Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon for many years. He was passionate about helping others and took great pride in his service to the church and the community. His selflessness and dedication to his faith were an inspiration to all who knew him.
In addition to his commitment to his faith and work, Ervin was an avid motorcyclist and a proud member of the Gold Wing Club.
