Mr. Clarence P Harper 74 of Dalton passed away at his residence Tuesday July 31 2006 . He was the son of Brainerd and Mae Key Harper and was preceded in death my his daughter Tina Harper and grandson Billy Helton Brother Kenneth Harper and Sister Dorothy Dean. Clarence was a loving husband father grandfather and great grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Virginia Headrick Harper of the residence.
