Television Personality. She is best remembered for being the host of the HGTV Program "The Carol Duvall Show" (1994 to 2005). She began her television career on a children's show in Grand Rapids, Michigan. After a local radio station bought a television station, Duvall was hired by said radio station after a successful audition. She did seventeen live shows by the end of the first year. However, in 1962, the radio station's manager moved to WWJ-TV in Detroit. As a result, Duvall was once again hired to work there. For 18 years, she was in a variety of positions before she became the co-producer and host of "Here's Carol Duvall," her first craft-oriented program. Afterward, she became a craft-person for the talk show "Home" (1988 to 1994). After its final episode, "The Carol Duvall Show" was developed by Robb Weller and Gary Grossman.
