John Able died yesterday morning Jan. 12, 1928, at the Enterprise hospital, shortly after he had been brought from Flora. He had been in poor health for some years, and made his home with Rod Garrett. His condition was so serious yesterday morning that Mr. Garrett and William Curry brought him to the hospital.
Mr. Able was born in Kansas City, Mo., June 23, 1863, and was married at Dayton, Wash., in 1888. He wife passed away in February, 1931. Mr. Able had lived at or near Flora for some 35 years. He was survived by two brothers, one in Washington and one in Kansas.
