Seven children were born to this marriage. Flossie BUTCHER, Oma Du BOIS and Samuel A. REYNOLDS of Forgan, and Owen Glen REYNOLDS of Climax, Colorado. Ruby Aaron and her twin brother Reuben both preceded their mother in death. Ruby passed away November 2, 1940, and Reuben REYNOLDS passed away in infancy. Wade Hampton REYNOLDS died in the Navy in World War October 6, 1918.
Mrs. Victoria REYNOLDS moved to Beaver County with her husband and family in 1912, on their farm 4 miles northwest of Forgan, which they had purchased previous to their coming here from Helena, Oklahoma. They moved to their home in Forgan in 1930.
Victoria REYNOLDS was preceded in death by her husband, James Albert REYNOLDS, August 2, 1939.
Mrs. Mahulda Victoria REYNOLDS departed this life January 15, 1943, at the age of 80 years, 9 months and 12 days, after a long illness of which she was cheerful sufferer to the end. She was an original member of the Primitive Baptist Church since 1898 in Watson, Illinois. She is the last one to go of her family. Father, mother, brothers and sisters have all preceded her to the Great Beyond.
She leaves to mourn her passing her four children, Flossie BUTCHER, Oma Du BOIS, Glen and Samuel REYNOLDS. Nine grandchildren, Arthur ad Carl Du BOIS in the service, Dr. J. Marion BUTCHER of Liberal, Kansas, Mrs. Bert SMITH and William Lee AARON of Gate, Oklahoma, Glenela and Marjean REYNOLDS of Denver, Colorado, Samuel Al and Billy REYNOLDS of Forgan and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services were conducted in the Methodist Church Saturday afternoon with Rev. WHITAKER in charge. Interment was made in the family lot in the Forgan cemetery with Goodner's Mortuary in charge.
