DUNSEITH - Anna J. Bott, 86, rural Dunseith died Monday in a Roseau, Minn., Hospital. Her funeral will be Friday at 1 p.m. in Peace Lutheran Church, Dunseith, with burial in Rendahl Lutheran Cemetery. rural Dunseith.

She was born in Milroy, Minn., July 13, 1903, to Emil and Minnie Redmann. She was reared and attended school in that area. She later attended nurse's training in Redwood Falls. Minn., and then worked as a nurse for several years in southern Minnesota. She married Valentine Bott Oct. 1, 1938, in Aberdeen, S.D. They lived in Hartland for a year and then came to the Turtle Mountains and settled in Willow Lake Township, Rolette County, west of Dunseith. He died April 12, 1978, and she continued to live on the family farm.

She was a member of Rendahl Lutheran Church, rural Dunseith, had served as Sunday school teacher for many years, was a member of the ladies aid and had held various offices in that group through the years. She joined Peace Lutheran Church in Dunseith when the Rendahl church was closed.
