Tyler Terrett, 88, of Tiptonville, died Wednesday, June 4, 2003 at Lakeshore Rehabilitation Center in Nashville. He was manager of West Tennessee Soybean Mill, a member of Tiptonville Church of Christ, Lions Club and West Tennessee Soybean Association. Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Tiptonville Church of Christ with Brother Tom German and Brother Don Reel officiating. Burial will be in Hickman City Cemetery. J.W. Curry & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The widower of Mildred Hearn Terrett, survivors include a daughter, Judy Terrett White of Franklin; a son, Richard D. Terrett of Keller, Texas; two sisters, Juanita Mielke of Union City and Josie Kemp of Hickman, Ky.; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Lyle Lankford, Wayne Hatley, Gene Lee, Jack Orr, Perry Tip Butler and Calvin Mills. Honorary pallbearers will be Harold Smith, M.D. Kirkpatrick, Toy Dooley and Wilford Parks.
