Mrs. Leodoshia Sharp, 84, died Friday evening at the Bucklin Hospital after a long illness. Born Sept. 6, 1885, in Mitchell County, she was married to Homer Irving Sharp on May 28, 1920, at Dodge City. He died in Feb. of 1957.
She was assistant post master at Bloom for over 30 years. She had been a resident of Bloom since 1920.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, and a member of the OES, Minneola.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Minnis Funeral Home, Bucklin; Rev. W. Claude Filligim. Burial will be in Bucklin Cemetery. Friends may call until service time at the funeral home.
