Diane Marie Abbas, 57, of New Hampton, died Tuesday, July 29, at St. Marys Hospital, Rochester, Minn.
She was born Jan. 4, 1951, in New Hampton, daughter of Walter Julian and Margaret Evelyn Doyle Haugen. On Sept. 4, 1976, she married Ron Abbas at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, Alta Vista.
She was a 1969 graduate of New Hampton High School.
Survived by: her husband; a daughter, Nicole (Al) Rosonke of New Hampton; three sons, Adam (Megan) of Chandler, Ariz., and Matthew (Lisa Wichman) and Mark (Shawna Worple), both of New Hampton; three grandchildren; and two sisters, Margaret (Vincent) Grober of Seneca, Ill., and Helen (Steve) Orr of New Hampton.
Preceded in death by: her parents; and a brother, Clarence Haugen.
