Katherine Ainsley Morosi, 64, wife of Steven C. Morosi, of Ladson, S.C. died March 22, 2002 at a local hospital.
Funeral services will be held at Parks Funeral Home Chapel, Monday morning, March 25, 2002 at 11 o'clock. Burial will be held at Plantation Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Parks Funeral Home, Summerville, S.C. Sunday evening from 6-9 p.m.

Mrs. Morosi was born January 25, 1938 in Washington County, N.C., a daughter of Hallie Ainsley and Annie Barnes Ainsley.
She was a member of Ladson Baptist Church and a volunteer at Summerville Medical Center.
Survivors include her husband of Ladson, daughters, Kristina Fontaine of Virginia Beach, Va., and Stephanie Morosi of Ladson, sons, Johnnie Turner and Winston Turner, Jr. both Ladson, and grandchildren, David Turner of Richmond, Va., Michelle Fontaine of Smyrna, Ga. and Emily Turner of Ladson.
