He was born June 11, 1953, at Hoxie, to Lyman L. and Doris R. (Scherer) Adams.
He was athletic director and softball coach for Colby Community College.
Survivors include his parents; one brother, Lyman Adams, Hillsboro; and two sisters, Gloria Mattix, Colby, and Veva Ruggles, Winfield. He was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Marie Adams.
