Born in Pascagoula, he served in the National Guard and was a boilermaker. A member of Agricola Baptist Church, he died November 1, 2005.
He is survived by his wife, Davina Ann Ables of Lucedale,; a son, Justin Ables of Lucedale; three brothers, David Ables, Tony (Ellen) Ables and Randy Ables, all of Lucedale, and a sister-in-law, Merle Ables of Lucedale.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Max Ables.
Sigler Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
