LAKE CHARLES - Services for Alton Jackson Aaron will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Hixson with the Revs. Louis Charrier and Emmit Wren officiating. Burial will be in Cryer Cemetery, Oakdale.

Aaron, 84, of Lake Charles died Monday, Nov. 29, 1999, in a local hospital.

He was a native of Oakdale and a resident of Lake Charles. He was a member of Gillis First Baptist Church and a member of Telephone Pioneers of America. He was retired from BellSouth with 38 years of service and was owner and operator of Aaron's Saw Filing Shop.

Survivors include his wife, Nora Hollis Aaron of Lake Charles; one daughter, Deborah Hutchinson of Oakdale; two sisters, Elizabeth Farrior of St. Louis and Ruby Ragusa of New Orleans; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Friends may call from 4-10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Thursday and from 8 a.m. until time of services Friday in the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Boy's Village.
