Patsey Stinecipher 12 of Grand Junction died Sunday afternoon in a boating accident near Gypsum.
The Daughter of Mr and Mrs. Jay Stinecipher. She was born in Craig Clorado October 9th 1957 she had later lived at Rifle with the family moving here a year ago.
she is survived by her parents her brother Bobby Jay, and sisters Mrs Robert (Sherry) Bunn of Rifle, Debbie, Tammy, Robin and Sandy at home.
Her Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. C.H. Arnett of Rulison. She was a student at Emerson Elementry School
