CHICAGO, ILL. - Charlsye Renae Adams, 44, died Monday, Dec. 15, 2008, at the Advocate Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn, Ill. She was born May 24, 1924.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church in West Point with Rev. Keith Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in the Tibbee Community Cemetery in West Point. Carter's Mortuary Services is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her one daughter, Lydia Ranata Adams; and her mother, Lydia Etta Bennett Adams Campbell.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Adams.
