Carl Green of the city passed away Wednesday at Culbertson Memorial Hospital where he had been admitted on Sunday. He was born on Feb. 15, 1889, son of George and Ella Garrison Green. He married Julia Wardell on June 14, 1910. She passed away on Oct 28, 1959.
He was a retired carpenter and a member of the Free Methodist church in Rushville.
Surviving are two sons, Kenneth of Dixon, and Russell of Wickenberg, Arizona; two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Tyson and Mrs. Mary Tutt, both of Canton; one sister, Mrs. Addie ABBOTT of this city; 11 grandchildren, One son, Kermit and three brothers are deceased.
Services were entrusted to Roby Funeral Chapel of Rushville, Illinois.
