Elder Ben H. and Suzie Hopkins Martin.
He was of the Primitive Baptist faith.
Surviving are his wife of 72 years, Amie W. Martin of the home; one daughter,
Eva M. Lee of Bassett; two sisters, Ellen Adams and Dora Adams, both of
Bassett; one brother, Harry M. Martin of Bassett; two half-brothers, Jerry
Martin of Martinsville and Bennie Martin of Bassett; two grandchildren
and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral was held Sunday at Old Center Primitive Baptist Church near
Sanville. Elder Ken Hopkins officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery
