Mr. Adams was born on Sept. 5, 1935, in Shidler, Okla., to Doyle and Velma (Collins) Adams.
He came to Madras 30 years ago from San Jose, Calif., and was self-employed as a radiator repairman. On Nov. 24, 1998, he married his wife Cynthia in Madras.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing, loved to go gold mining, and was very passionate about his mechanic work.
Survivors include, his wife, Cynthia of Madras; stepson, Gene Peggett of Metolius; brother, Eddie Adams of Monterey, Calif.; and sister, Verle Adams of Madras.
Graveside services were held April 6, at Mount Jefferson Memorial Park in Madras. Arrangements were under the direction of Bel-Air Colonial Funeral Home of Madras.
