Sister to Grady Henry, Martha Beulah, Doyle, and Josephine Aaron. Her father, Francis Marion Aaron, was twice married. His first wife was Sarah Jane Price who he married in 1869. They were parents to nine known children. Sarah died in 1890, and in 1893 he remarried to Jenette C. "Nettie" Burr. Francis and Nettie had five known children.
Francis died in 1905, and Nettie died between 1905-1910 (exact date unknown). This left Sarah and her siblings orphaned.
Doyle (1904-1905) died of meningitis as an infant in Princeton, Texas.
In 1910, Grady Henry is shown in the census living as an orphan in the household of George Alexander Winter and his wife Anna Louise (Goldsby) Winter in Durant, Bryan County, Oklahoma. Mr. Winter was a farmer. It is believed that Sarah may have also been taken in to this family. Sarah died in 1916 and is buried in the same cemetery as the Winter's. Grady Henry married Bessie LeGrande and made his home in Dallas, Texas.
In 1910, Martha is the adopted daughter of James Monroe Stapp and his wife Stella (Jack) Stapp. Mr. Stapp is a dentist and the family is living in Phillips Township, Coal County, Oklahoma. In 1921 she married John Phillip Aaron and lived the rest of her life in Texas.
In 1910, Josephine is living as a boarder in Gray, Pulaski, Arkansas with farmer William Henry "Buck" Womack and his wife Susan V. "Susie" V. (Fulbright) Womack. She married Ernest Clifford Reynolds and resided most of her married life in Arkansas.
