Margaret Ruth Abell, age 75, of Powahatan, died February 11, 2003. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Corinne Gibson. She is survived by two daughters, Denise Crostic and Mary Abell; two sons, Paul Abell and his wife, Deborah, and Francis Abel and his wife, Maria; her two caregivers, Arthur Crostic III and Lisa Wilkerson; also ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Powhatan Community Cemetery. The Huguenot Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, assisting the family with arrangements.
