Services for Lena Mae Taylor, 89, of Murray, formerly of Fayette, Ala., will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Wesley Chapel Methodist Church in Fayette, where she was a member. The Rev. Billy Carl Sullivan will officiate, with burial in Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Taylor died at 5:20 p.m. Monday at the home of her daughter, Linda Dixon of Mayfield.
She was a retired inspector for Crane Packing Co.
In addition to her daughter, she is survived by another daughter, Bea Shoulta of Paducah; five sons, J.B. Taylor of Murray, Everitt Taylor of Hardin, William Taylor of Paducah, C.B. Taylor of Fayette and Bonnie Taylor of Hickory; 30 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Bradley Taylor; two brothers; and two grandchildren. Her parents were Jessie B. and Viola Moore Abbott.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield and after 1 p.m. Friday at the church.
