Michaela was born on July 16, 1987 to Mike and Shannon (Latzke) Widmer in Le Sueur. She attended Le Sueur-Henderson High School and worked various jobs. She was a devoted mother and enjoyed spending all of her time with her daughter Kassie.
Michaela is survived by her daughter, Kassandra Brown; parents, Mike and Shannon Widmer of Le Center; fiancée, Darnell Mears of St. Peter; siblings, Jeremy (Jenny) Widmer of Le Sueur, Kyle (Becky) Widmer of Mankato, and Jason Widmer of Le Sueur; 6 nieces and nephews; grandparents, Bob and Pat Latzke of Le Sueur; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Joshua Widmer; paternal grandparents, Eddie and Iona Widmer.
