Oldest son of Samuel Henry Aaron and Caroline Aaron.
At age 2 the family moved to Kewanee, Illinois.
At age 5 the family moved to Franklin, Kentucky, where his father Samuel practiced his trade as a wagon maker.
At age 18 he had served his apprenticeship as a barber and moved to Andover, Kansas to open a shop.
In 1890 he married Bertha Keeran and to them was born a son. Four days later both his wife and son died.
In 1895 he married Eudora E. Allen. They moved to Wichita, Kansas to continue his practice.
In 1900 the family moved in a covered wagon to Persimmon, Woodward County Oklahoma.
