Mrs. Saunders was born March 6, 1920, in Agra, Kan., and had lived in Kansas City, Kan., since 1951. She was a secretary for the J.F. Prichard & Co., for 13 years and later at the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers for 26 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard (Buck) Saunders in 1979. She was also preceded by her sisters, Erma Abbot and Hilma Cahill and a brother, Gayle McCord.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in law, Mike and Edna Saunders of Tonganoxie, Kan.; her sister, Lois Roller of Kensington, Kan.; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
