Helen Marjorie BLACKETOR, 63, of 1225 Rochester Blvd., died at 4:40 a.m. today in Woodlawn Hospital, where she had been a patient five days.
She was born Aug. 11, 1921 in Rochester to Glenn and Grace BABCOCK ABBOTT, and lived here most of her life. She was married June 21, 1946 to Francis BLACKETOR, who died Jan. 1, 1975. She was 30-year employee of Rochester Telephone Co., before retirement.
Surviving are a son, David [BLACKETOR], 909 Park St.; a granddaughter, Roberta Dawn Cowles BLACKETOR; the mother, Grace ABBOTT, 93 Park St.; a brother, Byron [ABBOTT], South Bend, and nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday in the Foster & Good Funeral Home in Rochester with the Rev. James R. DAVISON officiating. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday, and on Sunday from 9 a.m. until time of services.
