James J. Aarons, 54, of Moline, formerly of Waterloo, Iowa, died Friday, April 14, 2006, at Trinity at Terrace Park, Bettendorf.
Graveside services are 9 a.m. Monday at National Cemetery, Arsenal Island. To attend services, meet at Schroder Mortuary, Silvis, by 8:30 a.m. There is no visitation. A celebration of his life will be held at the VFW, 1406 Commercial St. Waterloo, following services.
He was born May 8, 1951, to James and Bonnie Aarons. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War.
Survivors are daughter, Stacy Black, Arizona; son, Jason Aarons, Hillsdale; sisters, Bobby Joe Aarons, Nebraska; granddaughter, Hailey; special niece, Tina Baker, Moline.
