Aalbregtse, Suzanna N., passed away Nov. 18, 1996, at the Bronson Methodist Hospital. Suzanna was born Feb. 24, 1904, in the' Netherlands, the daughter of Izaak and Suzanna Ghysels. She married Johannes Aalbregtse May 18, 1922, in the Netherlands and he preceded her in death Jan. 7, 1980. She and her husband owned the Home Bakery in Schoolcraft for over 37 years when they retired in 1959. She was a member of Schoolcraft Presbyterian Church. Surviving are five children, John and Carol Albrets of Punta Gorda, Fla., Burton and Madge Aalbregtse of Northport Fla., Walter, and Marsha Aalbregtse of Indian Head Park, 111., Joan Haffended of Kalamazoo and Gary and Karen Aalbregtse of Saline; 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; a sister, Anna (Ghysels) Schelling of the Netherlands; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held 11 am Friday, Nov. 22, 1996 at Schoolcraft. Presbyterian Church with Rev. Helen Woodward officiating. Interment in Schoolcraft Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at the Avink Funeral Home, Schoolcraft The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Schoolcraft Presbyterian Church.
