Funeral services for Mary Jane Travis, age 81, will be held 3:00pm Monday, April 19, 2004 at the Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Lake Providence, Louisiana with Rev. Ken Evans officiating. Interment will be in the Providence Memorial Cemetery, Lake Providence, Louisiana under the direction of Cox Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Saturday & Sunday till 9pm at Cox Funeral Home.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents: Johnny & Mattie Aaron, also a son: Johnny Travis.
She is survived by her husband: William Thad Travis of Lake Providence, Louisiana; Six sons: Joe Travis of West Monroe, Louisiana. Leroy Travis of Monroe, Louisiana. Billy Travis and Jimmy Travis, both of Lake Providence, Louisiana. Jacky Travis of Livingston, Tennessee; Five daughters: Bonnie Coburn of Sparta, Tennessee. Dot Lovell, Shelia Cook & Sharon Styron, all of Lake Providence, Louisiana. Tiffany Moody of Livingston, Tennessee. 19 Grandchildren & 35 Great-Grandchildren.
