Miss Abendroth died at 10:06Monday morning in Tipton County
Memorial Hospital, without regaining consciousness, of injuries suffered, 84 hours earlier in an automobile collision two miles east of Tipton on State Road 28.
She was the daughter of Mrs. Carlton (Miriam Smith) Abendroth,
born Dec. 31, 1944. She was a member of St. John's Church, was secretary of the Young Ladies Sodality, a member of the Sub Deb Club, the Tipton High School Spanish Club and a member of the Girls Athletic Association at the school. She was employed this summer as a life guard at the Tipton Swimming Pool.
Surviving in addition to the mother, are a brother, James, at home; a grandmother, Mrs. Nina Henderson, and several uncles and aunts.
