[Son of George and Irene Sadler Smith; husband of Margaret Perry Smith.] Phillip was born on January 8, 1926 probably in or around Poplar Branch, NC. He was the brother of Catherine Estelle Smith Reynolds, Anne Smith, Virginia Smith Seville (Sevilla?), and preceded in death by brother Lennon Fillmore "Littlebuddy" Smith.
