Horace (Hod) Eugene Youren, 75, of Crouch,Id. died while visiting his daughter, Mrs. Mary Adair, at New Meadows, Idaho Monday. He was born in Garden Valley, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Youren, pioneer residents. He has resided in the Valley his entire lifetime. Survivors are in addition to Mrs. Adair, one son, Harry Youren of Crouch; one brother, Charles T. Youren, of Crouch; three sisters, Mrs. Walter Cosens of La Grande, Or. Mrs. A.S. Coats of Seattle, and Mrs. C.I. Hill of Kansas City, MO. and four grandsons.
Services will be conducted at the Schreiber & McCann chapel Thurs. at 1 p.m. Dean Herald Gardner will officiate. Interment will be in the family plot at Garden Valley.
