Oscar Thomas Keith,67,a resident of Flat Rock community,died May 24 in University Hospital,Lexington.
A native Kentuckian he was born February 28 1904.the son of the late Dan Keith and Julie Keith.
Survivors are his wife,Mrs. Mae Cox Keith,Flat Rock:four sons,Estel,Leland,Denzil and Tommy,all living in Pensacola, Florida:five step -children,Eldore Stephens,Mrs. Mary Jones,and Mrs. Elsie Collins,all living in Indiana,and Ernest Abott,and Mrs. Daisy Gregory,both of Whitley City:four brothers,Josh and Floyd Keith,Mooreland Indiana:Jimmy Keith,Texas and Rexely Keith living in Ohio,two sisters,Mrs.Elizabeth Dick and Mrs. LeeAnn Tucker,Flat Rock.
The Rev. Harvey Corder conducted services Thursday,May 27,at 2 p.m. in the Flat Rock Baptist Church.Burial was in the Holloway Cemetery.
