Cora was born March 22, 1925, in Wolf Point, the daughter of Hugh and Bernice (Greene) Clement. She was raised and educated in Williston, N.D., and graduated from high school there. She attended the Montana State University in Bozeman for a short time.
She married Alden Aafedt in Big Sandy on April 14, 1946. They later divorced.
Cora was a homemaker and a longtime nurse's aide for the Deaconess Hospital (now Benefis East) in Great Falls until her retirement.
She enjoyed cross-stitching, reading and working crossword puzzles. She also enjoyed knitting. She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
