Billie J. Abbey, 77, of Wichita, died Friday, March 26, 2010.
A former Garden City resident, Mrs. Abbey had worked in the Cessna Certification Administrative Department before her retirement.
Funeral will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Garden Chapel of Watson Reflection Pointe, 3201 S. Webb Road in Wichita, with visitation with the family there from 6 to 8 p.m. today. Mrs. Abbey will lie in state and the family will receive friends at Garnand Funeral Home in Garden City from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery in Garden City.
