1928 OBITUARY: KS, Beloit Gazette, 14 Nov 1928:
Mrs. Mary Abercrombie, widow of the late John H. Abercrombie of the Saltville neighborhood of this county, died at 3:30 o'clock Friday morning at Pasco, Washington, where she had made her home with her son, Young Abercrombie, for a number of years. She was 87 years old. She leaves three sons, Young of Pasco; and Watt and C.T. of the Saltville neighborhood. The remains were shipped to Beloit and arrived here last evening. They were taken to the home of C.T. Abercrombie, and the funeral services were held this afternoon at the Saltville Presbyterian Church. Burial was made in Saltville Cemetery.
