Mrs. Hazel D. Abbe of Plainwell Senior Citizens Home (formerly of Otsego) passed away suddenly April 16, 1965, at Borgess Hospital, Kalamazoo. She was born August 24, 1897 in Bloomington, Michigan.
She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Allen Robyn and Mrs. Fred Huff both of Kalamazoo, two brothers, George Parsons of Kalamazoo and Francis Parsons of Otsego. Also nieces and nephews, Mrs. James Pellowe of Portage, Jack Robyn, Mrs. Don Scott and Robert Parsons all of Kalamazoo; Mrs. Dan Barnabo of Romeo and Mrs. Tony Berto of Delphi, Ind.
Her husband Raymond passed away in 1962.
Services were held from the Marshall and Gren Chapel, Plainwell, Monday, April 19, (1965) with Rev. Seth Clay officiating and interment was in Mt. Home Cemetery, Otsego.
