CASPER - Services for Casper resident Carol Audrey Adams, 72, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8, at the Church of Christ by minister Brian Lombardi. Cremation will follow the service and interment will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

She died Dec. 3, 2003, at Central Wyoming Hospice Home.

Born Oct. 26, 1931, in Cheyenne, she was the daughter of Earnest and Bertha Elizabeth (Harndon) Keithley.

On April 1, 1950, she married Donald William Adams in Kimball, Neb. The couple renewed their vows at the Church of Christ in Casper on their 50th anniversary in 2000.

She was employed for 20 years in the Wyoming Medical Center laundry and retired in 1988.

Her hobby was making quilts for her children and grandchildren. A member of the Church of Christ for 35 years, she was known for her mothering and homemaking skills and was a great cook.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years; three sons, Charles Francis Adams and Donald William Adams Jr., both of Casper, and Kenneth Ivan Adams of Gillette; daughter, Wilhelmina May Rinto of Hustisford, Wis.; two sisters, Ruth Jarvi of Cheyenne and Florence Goetsch of Grand Island, Neb.; brother, Earnest E. Keithley of Portland, Ore.; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, a brother, four grandchildren and her parents.

Memorials may be sent to Mountain States Children's Home, Box 1907, Longmont, CO 80501; or left at Bustard's Funeral Home and Crematory, which is in charge of arrangements.
