H. A. Bishop Dies Tuesday

 

Horace A. Bishop, 68, died at Natrona County Memorial Hospital Tuesday night.

 

He was born June 26, 1897 in Grant, Neb., and came to Wyoming in 1920.

 

Bishop was employed by Stanolid Oil in Midwest until his retirement in 1959 when he moved to Casper. Since that time he had worked for Casper Commissaries Inc.

 

He was a member of IOOF Lodge No. 2 in Midwest and of the First Baptist Church of Casper.

 

He is survived by his wife, Louise, at the family home, one daughter, Mrs. Virginia A. Morford of San Bernadino, Calif.; two brothers, Charles of Buffalo, Wyo. and Lee of Casper; and a sister Mrs. Harriet Forsberg of Portland, Ore.

 

Funeral services for Mr. Bishop are pending and are to be announced by the Hillside Funeral Chapel.

 

The family has announced that flowers or contributions to the Baptist Missionary Society at the First Baptist Church in Casper will be equally appreciated.
