"Mr. Fleming Mize, aged 85 years, died at the State Sanitarium at Milledgeville on September 2nd and was buried at Chechero last Sunday. Mr. Mize was a well-to-do and prominent citizen of this county until a few years ago when his health gave way and he was compelled to go to the sanitarium.
The deceased was a member of the Baptist Church at Chechero from which place the funeral was conducted."
