Funeral services were conducted from the LDS Church Tuesday afternoon by Amos Lamson for Mrs. Jot Adair, who passed away at her home near Macy after a lingering illness, together with infirmities of old age. Interment was made in Hillcrest Cemetery.
The Adair family are former Decatur residents, and for a number of years have lived near the Old Mission north of Macy. They had lived together over a period of sixty seven years, and were the parents of twelve children, seven boys and five girls.
Mrs. Wm Buck of Decatur is a daughter of the Adairs.
